agree on this.. using umobile bis prepaid 600mb quota for 2months.. in the end of 2months, i dont even use 200mb including streaming and mobile hotspot..if no bis, means no more cheap internet..

I used calender often. Daily planning, reminder all in my calender. Compared to my gf S2 and iphone, I can input everything much faster, less key stroke and gesture.

I used bb because it helps productivity. U can do things faster than using ios or android. Reply msg, text msg email etc

It's 2 weeks..standard bro..since them send to sg for repair..them doesn't have service departments here..

yeah very sad. I have bad experience with my 9790, I brought it to service center, it takes like 1 month and get replacement only for the body. But actually after checking, I just found out it has faulty keyboard (the top unlock button is so hard to press, and also the button beside the trackpad has a noise), it's still usable, but not comfortable.

Then the next day I came back, they said I need to give the phone for checking again (3-4 weeks?). WTF.. if only they can just order a new replacement, and then in 3-4weeks I can come back to get the replacement directly.

In the end I just keep it until now, so now planning to change to Z10.

Sorry to hear bro. But it's not just you. Have read so many stories on their lack of mindfulness to support their customers.

Now days the ap sets have better service if you've got a good seller. Faster support and turnaround.
