went to Lowyat SC to replace my faulty charger. got a new one on the spot. haven't try it yet. hopefully no more problem.
also got notice software update service is temporarily not available. meaning they are preparing for new firmwares? |

how exactly do we know that the sudden death issue has already been fixed? device dead at random. there's no exact way to replicate the thing that kills the device. so we'll never know. we just have to wait and wait and wait

if you have to take 5-6 hours or longer to charge, then just bring your charger to SC. they'll change it with a new one. i guess it's a known issue because not much question asked except 'can charge with other charger or not?'
happen to me and got a new one straight away |
