If the SC replaced the MOBO ver 1.1 as mine, is it possible the device will face again Sudden Death Issue after 150 days so.. if so by then the warranty will expire by that period. So my question is are we require to pay for the MOBO Issue which manufacture defect?

QUOTE(LordDenning @ Dec 30 2012, 02:50 PM) As of now, we wont know. We wont even know if the newly replaced mobo would die or not. Maybe it wont? As I said, we wont know. Because no one fully use S3 till 1 year yet.(or 150+ days after they get their mobo replaced) So we have to wait another 150 or so days to see what'll happen.. Maybe u are right, but as End User of the device, this is unexpected scenario Bro.. (after 5 months of usage, we have worry everyday like ticking Time Bomb.. U know what i mean...) |

Question: -
Some of us brought S3 via Telco (Maxis/Digi/Celcom).. If any problem rise do we need to send to telco or straight to Samsung SC.. If we send to telco for claim warranty like LCD broken (example).. Do we can claim warranty later for other hardware problem like MOBO or Home Button some sort of that.. |

QUOTE(PeeEl @ Jan 4 2013, 11:30 PM) I actually want to stay out of this but when one makes a statement like this, it irks me. Guys, It just only opinion of mine as my set was replaced by MOBO ver 1.1.. I did ask them, they said its new MOBO.. So I am not want to offend or down grade about the Esteem Organisation.. Overall they are superb, term of Service after Sales../ Their Marketing are Aggresive..If an established company says that it will replace a dead mobo with a new one, why would they not? The financial implications can never outweigh the reputation they had gained which in the long run would not be beneficial to any company if they were to hoodwink their customers. So, please, when putting up an argument, be diligent. You will then be looked at in better light. |
