my s3 have been giving me problem ever since upgraded to jelly bean.first was takes many hours to fully charged. then i resolve by factory reset. than the battery problem come back, sometimes can charge at normal speed sometimes will takes forever to fully charged. again i reset now also same problem.. which is lagi teruk.. phones very lag, takes forever to fully charged, this morning fully charged d then in 6 hours time battery flat to 0, and also notifications on sms, whats app and those entering password, swiping the phone also no sound d. call still got sound.

can anyone please guide me? if i do factory reset again i think the problem will still there. my worst come to worst case would send to SC or trade in to get another s3 or note 2.
