guys, d u have problem with browsing photos in gallery?

i always got mine hang, and it exited by itself. every time.

i only have about 1,000+ photos inside... shouldn't the S3 be able to handle that much thumbnails?
*
it can handle, try clearing gallery data, so that it rebuilds the gallery

I live mainly in Thailand and the S3 is 2,200 RM there. Worth buying in Malaysia.
*
since u from thai, why dont buy from malaysian border state near thailand, it's closer and easier to manage services

if i remember correctly, 64 gb need format to other type, not fat 32..
*
i found the problem d, not cause of the format, fat 32 can be done, just that need make primary instead of logical doh.gif

Thanks but what I really want to know is the 32GB at the same risk of sudden death as the 16GB version ??
*
it is not the cause of hardware, it's cause is software based, a corrupted memory block, fixable by flashing new kernel / bootloader, so any variant will do, just need to root and flash things

OK thanks.

So the reason I can't find an example of a 32GB version suffering sudden death is just down to the number of units sold i.e. a small percentage of all S3 are affected and an much smaller percentage of those units have been 32GB.
*
yep, it's the ratio that makes people paranoid

*
sam based roms are all quite stable, just depends on what the maker has to offer additionally

Sent to federal highway samsung SC this afternoon. took the inquiry number at the counter and waited for about 10 mins.

the technician told me mobo stock avail and should be ready in 3 days.

hopefully takes less time than that cos i need my phone for work!
*

Hi guys, any other roms that are nice to use other than ARHD? (smooth, lasting battery and speed) After seeing debate between both, I feel that its time to move to another rom -.-"
*

Is it good? I mean performance wise. I dont want my phone delay and slow like turtle. My exp with other roms are almost zero, as i has been stick to since V12 i think. I know Omega and Wanam has been other options, but I once did tried it for half an hour but decided to move back ARHD. The UI aren't so smooth, perhaps it happens during the very first loading and transition only?

Edit: I dont need very frequent update rom, just need stable and high performing rom.
*
that is up to you to decide, there is no ROM that is bad, just ROM that you prefer

Luckily u don't post this on that xda thread. If not u will get flame by others there. Next time read the changelog before flashing

Unisntall all ur google acc. Reboot then install again ur google acc. This will work.
Btw, now already omega v37.1. In few days, will be omega v38. Better wait for that.
*
omega 38 not "xx" firmware based, which i normally would prefer

Of course I know what "sudden" means. It's just that if there's a way to know if you are at risk, then the more wary I should be. I am always out of the country and the warranty is not international, so there.
*
there is only "indicative" measures, no definite yet by whoever, ROM dev or Uncle Sam themself
