According to reviews, S3's camera is still one of the best too. Beating the Nexus 4. I guess in terms of noble features of a phone like the amount of options in camera settings, media player, then others like smart stay, pop up play etc etc. Samsung is better. Krait vs A9... Krait won

Noble features are those features that makes a phone complete although their usability depends on each individual and is subjective. Some use it often, some use it not so often and some don't even use it. They're not a necessity but it's always nice to have them around.
But in terms of raw power, of course gotta give it to the Nexus 4. Our S3 processors which are outdated already unlike the Nexus 4.
