Your method is working good and thanks now i can using whatsapp on my ipad mini
but i did notice something not right, when i tried to sync my ipad, the itunes ask for apps authorization and if i click cancel its automatically stop sync my music and video.. is there any way to stop apps sync?
im using itunes 11.0.4.4

Yea.. Of course, iTunes will recognise whatsapp in ipad is no legal.. Whatsapp is designed in iPhone only.. Not officially supported by iTunes.. So u are hardly to sync ur photos and videos and apps too..

Actually it can, you need to register your number on da iPhone first.. Then back the apps with the documents
And install it on the ipad..

i got ipad mini but no iphone..

my ipad mini comes with cellular..multi sim maxis - so got its own number..

is there anywhere i can install whatsapp without iphone and without jailbreaking it?

if i can get someone to lend me their iphone just for the installation process would that help?

probbly because u r using whatsapp (installed from other user's ID).

steps:
1)pinjam iphone
2)uninstall whatsapp
3)sign out Apple ID (of other user)
4)sign in your Apple ID
5)download whatsapp
6)insert number & verify number by sms/call
7)backup whatsapp & content with iTools
8)uninstall whatsapp from iphone
9)restore backup on ipad

*FAQ*
-if using other people's ID it will prompt to sign in apple id when u restore on ipad
-easier just use your own id if next time want to reinstall
-one number for one device ya

need to put the sim in phone to get sms/call verification to whatsapp

currently im using a dual sim hp with maxis as main line and celcom secondary for internet
so

if i instal watsapp registered to maxis number in the ipad usin my frens iphone
can i use the watsapp registered to maxis number if i use a different sim card for internet

how abt wechat,viber n skype?stil can use same method?

Yes, it doesn't matter what simcard number you use as long as you got access to the internet... it even work on wifi only ipad without sim/number
The whataspp acc/number is depends on the number you register/verify on iphone before you copy to ipad.

you don't need to use this method for wechat,viber,skype.. you can direct download/install from appstore on ipad
