Still on stock ROM, want to try custom ROMs like Monx but still doesn't see any advantages over stock, so those who has been using custom ROMs, mind if I ask what are the advantages of using these from stock?

Oh, check out this project on Kickstarter. I backed this PhoneJoy project as it seems so cool and definitely useful for me as I'm gaming often on my NoteII. So once it goes into first production I will get my hands on it smile.gif

I'm on stock rom rooted with custom kernel right now, if I want to use deodexed stock rom, would I still need to backup and reinstall everything? Can I just flash the new deodexed stock rom on top of my current stock rom like upgrading?

Guys, other than Sandisk what brand of microsd do you use? Planning to get this 32GB Class 10 Samsung for RM140. Just wondering if any of you guys using it and how you find it to perform, any problems?

Scandisk Class10 is around RM99-109 ..... Y get samsung when Scandisk by local warranty is so easy to get a replacement . Not sure about samsung

I read on this thread a few version ago people have problems with sandisk card, a lot..I have been using Sandisk for all my sd, but they always have problems. Now my 32GB also have problem and I'm tired of it. Samsung not good one meh?

saw in xda that when there's a lot of free space, the samsung sdcard is way faster, but as it becomes more filled with stuff, it comes to around the same speed, the guy who bought regretted lol
*
Well, no matter what the speed advertised, it is still limited by the transfer and file size so I don't have problem with that as long as it performs well on par with the advertised class 10 not sub par like those class 2 or 4.

So, nobody here using sdcard other than sandisk then?

Why can't we transfer from Note II to Nexus or vice versa using NFC?

Hi Thanks.

I did tried TogglePanel and also found few others to Toggle the Hotspot.
After testing & tried 6 apps, I found that Hotspot Toggle by Mehdy Bohlool is the effective, best & simple so far.

Thanks for guiding me & found the widget directly control the Hotspot from screen... 1-click done!  rclxms.gif

Thank you joytest  notworthy.gif

I prefer share switcher as it has both usb tether and wifi tether switch as a widget smile.gif
