I'm not sure if this helps or not, but I watched this video on YouTube by Lucidmike78 about 'Getting more out of your battery for Galaxy Note 2' or something along those lines, and he mentioned that if we charge our battery up to 100%, it only charges until 95%. The only way to get a 100% charge is if we charge while shutting down the phone. Either that or using an external battery charger.

So after full charge, from 100% to 95% the battery will drop pretty fast. (missed this info out haha)
