Good day to all ICE sifu here, I wanted to ask is there any nice unit recommend for DVD Navigation Player (Honda City 2009)? Budget around RM1-RM1.5k.

Both these below should be ok. But i think u need to buy a panel housing like below to installed the 2-din unit.
