would like to ask opinion here for deciding E+ or E spec?

The E+ spec less rebate -3.5k and more exp 3k than E spec.
While E spec cheaper 3k and more 3.5k rebate. I am wondering with the extra money that i save form E spec, can i get the accessories better than E+ offer?
i. NAVi in car DVD+ reverse camera
ii. Leather seats? OEM
iii. Tinted.

Appreciate the opinion and input propose.

Very puzzle which to choose. Sigh...
