What after market brake pad brand better for our Honda City 5G? Change to OEM from Honda Stockist but performance are so disappointing. When hot with lot of braking, got steel rubbing sound, so damn loud. No sound if it cold. Make me feel so damn shy to brake. I know Pumatec 480 is good, but can't find any for our Honda City, if anyone can find it, please let me know. PM me or post it here. Looking STRICTLY for Pumatec 480 as Pumatec 500 ceramic is known for eating the disc rotor. Thanks in advance.

Once I called a shop asking for Pumatec 480 for Honda City 2010, then the girl said got, but need to be at the shop see first coz got 2 size, I like WTF if for City 2010 should be one size that fit it. No matter la so I went to the shop, then she show me only got Pumatec 500. I'm pissed coz I already call 3 times to reconfirm on the availability of what I needed. When I ask Pumatec 480 then it Pumatec 480 is what i need and want, no need to say 500 is better or what.

Guys, recently my brake pedal sometime feel like stuck and if I pedal the brake, I can hear like something lose at the center part( handbrake and gear stick compartment) something like cable are lose. Anyone encounter this? Need to find some place that used to service brake for our City. Dowan those generic mechanic, want to avoid SC also as it will take a long time and a lot of moolah. My next service will be somewhere in May. Don't want to risk my life as it is brake system.

I wanna share my findings on the so called modding our NHC. When lurking around in LYN, I stumble upon this Used Pivot Mega Raizin and Spark Earth. Then I research through the net about the originality of the item as there are many imitation and replica being sold and I found this web Pivot Mega Raizin Asli dan Palsu( an indonesian forum thread) as this is the most complete review on the fake and original comparison. So finally I bought it. Then last week I already instal it to my engine bay.

Please note that before the addition of these 2 item, I've already installed ;

6. 4AWG DIY Grounding to these point
    - Alternator
    - Intake Manifold
    - Driver Side Chasis
    - Firewall
    - Gearbox
7. Cheapo Zaptor VS

So I remove the Cheapo Zaptor VS and installed these Pivot Mega Raizin and another Spark Earth. Pivot Ignition Earth,2 Pivot Spark Earth near the spark plug 10mm bolt. Here is my findings (maybe placebo effect but I don't mind as when I feel it, it is real(at least for me));

QUOTE
1. Aircond a bit cooler (being justified and approve by wifey)
2. Light brighter
3. Throttle response a bit tight (press the pedal immediate move)
4. RPM easily climb when I press the pedal. Easily reach REDLINE when I press it after exiting toll.
5. Audio is better (I'm not an audiophile so cannot hear the difference much)
6. Windows up and down more smooth (maybe i just perasan)

easily reach REDLINE? like pushing the engine to the limit! wont damage to the engine huh?
*
Nope, I mean the RPM band is consistent not pushing it as if force induction, just smoothen it to the whole RPM band. It's just me rev it till redline to test any difference.

in total how much it cost? I'm interest to install as well.

I get used at a fraction of the new price...Megaraizin alone original new price is rated RM380 (lowest i can find some are higher) , and the spark earth SES is RM150(lowest i can find some are higher).

so how all your cacing help contribute to ?
*
These are the contribution;

Longer battery life (stock bat die on me not yet reach 2 years, Now new batt n all the cacings already 2 years 1 month and no sign of dying or weak)
Aircond cooler
Throttle Response increase
Audio Better in Quality

That what I feel and get feedback from wifey, if I take off the cacings, wifey complaint the car will feel a bit laggy...
