guys, wanna ask if i lost 1 of my honda city keys can i duplicate it at a 3rd party shop like those at shopping malls that offer car key duplicating service with my 2nd key?

Wanna ask, my 30 months city battery is dying, if I swap my battery with my friend's 10 month old city battery and claim warranty will be found out or not?
