anyone know a software simulator that can run on PC?

*not emulator, I want simulator.

wanna try out how WP8 OS work b4 buying the actual phone.

As far as I know there is no simulator only emulator on Windows Phone 8 SDK which requires you to have Windows 8 OS. Btw where do you stay? Why can't you just visit any Nokia stores near you to test out the WP 8 phones? To judge a phone's OS by a simulator is just not justifiable!

not only lumia 920 , my 8x also encounter power death. cannot on so i leave it for 5min then try to power up!! its work!! 3rd time i have this issues, but once power up it run normal without any issues.

could be WP8 OS issues, WP7 never have such annoyed problem.

I guess right now we need to wait for the Pr 1.1 update.

Will reach us around feb right?

because judging on the system good or not are not just 15mins job, it is days of job.

This is also part of the reason why so many hated the desktop windows 8, because they judge the system by using it for 15min @ the retail store only. I want to really test the WP8 OS. not just playing it for 15mins.

not so cool lo.. Htc can flip the phone to silent.
can showoff during meeting even with vibrate , just flip the phone on the desk vibration will also stop.

Yup...very bad. it easily drained out. been plugging my phone all the time while on my desk this whole day.
Btw I hv 3 program running at the background. (Battery widget, Prayer times, Nokia Drive+)

Yup..to hv such feature is nicer than to push button and tap the screen. And it easier for me as a Muslim to silent the phone when going for prayer. Just put the phone faced down on the praying matt, like I used to do with Samsung Omnia.

But all in all...I still love the 920 camera...might use it as my D80 partner to take wedding photos. hahaha.

Data on 24hours / Wifi 4hours / 10~20call / 2min / Bluetooth listen song for 20min + i have total of 18task running background including whatsapps, similar apps that run on my 8x and previous titan can last till 9pm / 10pm.

How long have u had the device for? coz for me the 1st few days battery life is really bad.
However after a week+ of discharge and recharge, today it gives impressive battery life.
It went off the charger about 8 and I started using it, about 10~20 phone calls, some text, quite alot of whatsapp (group spam as well), 2 email push (hourly), facebook + twiiter, full on data and I even have NFC on all the time without knowing it, now I just reached home around 4.45 I still have 60% battery life left.
To me, all of that for 40% battery life is pretty amazing

I have a feeling that my battery or my motherboard is defective. I will have to send it to Nokia Care. My phone gets so hot sometime that it's too hot to handle. The battery drain when the top half is hot is unbelieveable. It's around 30-40% battery drain an hour. I have had to switch on the Airplane mode a couple of times just to cool off the phone.

Dang.

Anyone knows whether I can link 2 windows live account into 1 phone? Hope to get another account so I can go into M'sian Marketplace.

same here, i have 2 ID with different type of apps purchased wondering if we could merge all into 1 . and why you want to go M'sia market?? its nothing there....

I hv'nt seen M'sian marketplace and curious about it...and was hoping to get apps from such as RHBonline, CIMBclicks, Maybank2U and any other services such as mydistress from PDRM.
