Hello friend, Just would like to share my experience with this vet

So, I call them up to asking about pricing and service. because I thought that's the nearest vet for me.
I have read through the review about this vet and the doctor itself,
what I read was * the price isn't reasonable * the doctor charge random price * bad service.

However, I just give it a try by giving them a call,
So, at 4:37
I called them up, and a guy pick the phone up.
So, I was being very friendly and ask nicely
Me : Hello, is this hayward vet?
H : no answer for few sec then he say yes.
Me : I would like to ask about pricing for **surgery for my female toy poodle.
H : we are busy now. (with not friendly tone at all) call back later.
Me : then no need la,
then I just hung up.

Bad impression. what kind of unfriendly people will treat our dog?

Hello, I have friends who does their vaccine there.
Nurse are very friendly and helpfull.

Vaccine will cost around 35 - 85 (depends on how much coverage you want for your pet)

Hi dear, Its depends on the clinic.
Last time my friend done his dog in the animal Med Centre in Jalan Tun Razak. because he hardly find the clinic that provide xray.
He said it costly. but not sure how much.
