Hey, just wanna share my good experience with Dr. Prem from Hand n Paws, Aman Suria biggrin.gif

First time i went there was just to scout out where the reptile vets are before purchasing a snake, and take a look at the clinics so I know where to go in case of any emergencies. She was very willing to talk and explain many things about snakes and reptiles to me, and really took the time to advise me about keeping a snake for the first time. I was surprised that she was so patient and willing to stand there, ask me about my concerns, and share so much info with me even tho I was just dropping in to look-see.

One time I called the clinic to ask a question when my snake suddenly became inactive for over 3 weeks, took longer than usual to shed and didnt defecate... again, Dr Prem was patient and gave me lots of info and tips. I asked her if I needed to bring my snake in... she said it wasnt necessary even tho i really wanted to, and she never charged me any consultation fees even tho she spent so much time asking me questions about the snake's weight, condition, behavior etc and telling me what to do.

Today I dropped by the clinic to meet her... she prescribed some natural supplements to help my snake's digestive system. Again, she didnt charge consultation, and the course of supplements only cost me rm5!

Recommended vet.... am very happy with her services and will definitely go back to her in future thumbup.gif

Dr Prem of Hand n' Paws Aman Suria will no longer be working there after this week. She will be transfered to another clinic in Subang Jaya effective 7th March 2011 that does not allow her to bring in snakes for treatment. sad.gif very sad.... my kiddos will need to find a new vet...
