No you cant just go to the vet and buy medicine.
You must bring your cat with you.
If your kitten has flu and is getting worse, I suggest you immediately bring your kitten to the vet.
Kitten has low immune system as they have not been vacinated yet.
If not treated, your kitten can die from flu.
