the story is I made an appointment , went there sit like idiot wait 1 hours still not my turn... go counter check they say my name not there. I straight call icare complain then supervisor came and ask me go inner table chit chat , bla bla bla call operator double check , yes my name is in appointment list but did not print out.

Then ask me go wait at customer area , waited 2 hours still didnt see my car move , then go see parking bay car still there. Call them screw upside down again , made appointment but now total 3 hours my car still inside parking bay? WTF? .. after 30mins supervisor and some tech guy came tell me this and that.

Mine was btom windscreen got gap , they took out the whole windscreen and reseal the sealant. At first say will take 1 day, need leave car. Then i screw them upside down (no need work a? I take taxi a? U think i stay nearby?) , ask me leave car evening come take.

The tube thing was Service Center Serdang , that SC also kena screw by me.

Want to fix the tube thing , say no stock need 3 days to order. Waited 1 week no news , call back and ask say HQ never send item.

Straight call I-Care , screw them say "car got problem , got sound here and there , got solution but no stock. Then ppl drive die d only u provide stock / solution to other drivers? How you guys operate?" Then I-Care say will check with Service Center. So miracle on that day itself after talking to 2 dumb@ss side , 30mins after i talked to I-Care, The service Center called me and say stock sudah ada anytime can come do no need appointment xD
