COSE understaffed like shyt. Everytime I go there I will sit at the cafeteria overlooking the workshop. A lot of cars gantung in the air, but very few bays actually have people working on the cars

Now even worse, I believe now they are increasing occupancy, means they allow more appointments per day compared to before. Last time go early morning very few customers only, walk in no problem.

The last time I went, after they shifted the reception into the customer's lounge, fark the whole lounge is full with ppl.
