to play on oceania base realm... you require a US version of WoW... the location of server is still in america but using oceania base timeline (+10 GMT).

the latency (ping) is around 200-600 on a nice screamyx ip (218 base ip or 60.51/60.52 base ip) as those ip is the only address confirmed to be running WoW smooth enough to a playable state...

IF you rolled to jubei'thos and pick alliance side... you might want to join K e K, as the only avaiable malaysia base alliance guild in jubei'thos. We do not accept warrior classes and we need more druid or mage.
