i need to do my avionic basic license and i dont know where i can have the preparation course and the exam for this license here in malaysia

hello everybody

did any of you hear about the 30 positions for trainee aircraft engineer in TRANSMILE company
as they said who got this position will be paid while recieving the training
i dont know if its right or not but thats what they said in the web site

and for me as a foreigner my application is ignored without a reason or i think the reason that i am a foreigner

any one interested can try his luck

personaly i give up

is it important which nationality i am to get paid or pay?

i just read it that MAS TAME require a deploma
i have an advanced deploma in aircraft maintenance
advice me guys
how to apply for that program and what will i get from that?
should i pay for that or i will get paid as an employee under training?
and do they accept non malaysian applicants
pls reply me i need your help
