i got diploma in mechanical engineering..i want to have a LAE...can anyone tell me what to do to achieve that?

Ok.. Here's my story. I'm a mechanical engineer with 2years experience in aircond sales and 1 year at construction site working as M&E engineer. Now i feel that i have the interest in joining aviation industry. Reading from the thread, i found out technical service engineer suits me the best ( i can liaise with manufacturer or supplier easily ) as i don't have to start all over agian. So wat is the pay for technical service engineer? isit as good as LAME?? If i were to earn big buck from this industry? How should i start? Do i really have to start all over again?

p/s : I am 25 this year and earning around 3.8k per month. Is moving into aviation industry a good move?

Don't ask me why i wana move kinda stuff, i'm fine with my current job, but wish to try out something new while i still have the time.
