Well, I think that depends on company hiring policies... There's 1 Senior Tech about 45+ years old is mute and deaf but very good in skill and knowledge.. There's also 1 partial colour blind joined Air Asia as Junior Tech a year ago (my ex-colleague but he had not been employed quite a while). All depends on your luck actually.
