btw, what is the recognition for UniKL Miat? job opportunity from company?
*
Erm.... I will tell you about the recognition for UniKL-MIAT:
1) This institution just got approval from DCA early this year (24 Jan) which I believe the only approved Maintenance Training Organization in this country currently
2) This institution also got award from Frost and Sullivan (which is an international consulting company) recently for the best Maintenance Training Organization through Asia Pacific that provide employee for its country. (The candidates for the award are from Asia Pacific countries MTO)

For the job opportunity would be student from UniKL-MIAT would be marketable.Tq.

P/S: Correct me if I am giving the wrong information.

If you are asking me, of course I would like to suggest you to study in MIAT because I am currently studying in MIAT. We got many experience lecturers in here like ex-LAE from MAS, ex-DCA officer, air force personnel and etc. I think it is a good place for low budget people (I mean people not from noble or rich family). However you are the one that should make the decision, so it depends on yourself. Tq. icon_rolleyes.gif

Actually you can reduce the experience requirement to seat for the LWTR exam conducted by DCA if you study in Approved Maintenance Training Organization. That is the advantage of approved school.

Last time got personnels from the CAA (British aviation authority) came to MIAT. I think they came to check the syllabus module offers in MIAT and probably edit it to make it comply with the EASA module.
