Will a diploma graduate able to get a job? Someone mentioned in another forum that a diploma holder will have tough time finding a job. And what is the minimum years of contract we have to sign as a fresh graduate?

What happens when we break the contract bond? Say I'm bonded to MAS for 5 years as a TAME/LAME, then I got into SIA's pilot cadetship in this period. Normally what will be the consequence?
