is creep denying legal or a bug based on their rules?

how can creep denying ever be a bug, it's something based on how skilful you are...

I know, i have been arguing with a friend who still insist that creep denying is illegal in official tournament rules.

Finally a tournament which worth joining, aren't we all tired of 5.84c which is the "most balanced" version. Thw whole world is laughing at us for still playing it. Check wikipedia for DotA and you will know.

He probably was on the receiving end of one good denier (You're level 3, he's level 6 )

But, if you're bad at denying and your opponent isn't, you are SERIOUSLY screwed. Heck, if you plan it properly with a teammate you could possibly keep him at level 1 even after you both are at 3.

but is using .27 or .29??

in v6.28, -cs shows you number of creeps killed and denied. so i'm guessing creep denying is intended.

means tournament is using 6.28?

they said they will still stick to 6.27b
which is fair to everybody
