There are certain maps where heavies have to camp if there aren't any scouts.
Knowing where the enemies and what tanks at certain positions is crucial if you don't want the main force to fail.

Though I do know that some people especially in the below tier 9 games love to camp at weird spots.

You haven't seen cowardice until you seen 2 KV-3 at 100% hp scared of taking a M41 headon. 

T29 is OP.

T20... not so much. (Still better than T25/2)

OP  = Over Powered

As the former owner (i've sell it for T110E5) of T29, this tank is very excellent fighter on its tier (7). And if properly hulldown, it can even take down Tier 8 or 9 heavies

You might need some time to get used to its playstyle though. Your hull is paper, but the turret is one hella piece of work.

Unless he's a known forum warrior, I'd ignore them.
