Ace Mastery badge simply means you have to be better than 99% of the players who played in that week. I got my KV-5 Ace with 1.4k exp. I sincerely doubt that's anywhere near the top.

1) camouflage: lets say i am parked inside a bush, i open fire, the camouflage provided to me by the bush around me becomes 0 or reduced to some percentage? is there a difference btwn parking inside the bush and a few feet behind the bush?

Reduce alot , almost to zero once you open fire.  U have to park behind bush, not inside bush.
Overall still need see what tank you using.  High profile tank have to camo ability.  Even u stay at bush still can spot you.

2) what happens if i am parked inside a bush and then a few meter away in front of me there is 1 more bush? does this increase my camouflage?

Yes, will increase more but at same time it also derease ur sight view range.  Make u hard to see enermy too.

3) does those gold purchased camouflage painting increase camouflage?

Yes

4) for case stated at 1) how long does the effect of being exposed last?

3 sec,  if enermy got call of venegence.  U will expose to 5 sec until it cold down.

just bought a StuG, very very nice gun with high penetration. i think i will stick to this one for very long time.

tried abit of SPG yesterday and man that thing is just so full of crap.
-ridiculous high aim time. so high that by the time its half done, enemy would have moved out of your firing arc; which means u have to adjust chasis facing, which means start aiming all over again.

when the celestial aligns, u managed to finish aiming, the thing still miss..., or does teeny tiny dmg..

out of about 10 full aimed shots i think only 3 shots did 'ok' dmg.. and the reload time so slow, each round can only roughly shoot 3 time.
