VK4502A is one of the weakest Tier 8 heavies because it has no armour to speak of. Anything with 170 pen (aka most Tier VIII tanks and Tier VII/VI HT/TDs) can penetrate it frontally. In the upper glacis. Where the armour is supposed to be the strongest.

Maybe you were aiming for the turret. It's pretty bouncy if you hit it at the gun mantlet. (I don't usually aim for turrets in VK4502A though, since the hull is so soft.)

yeah VK4502A trade armor for mobility. and since this tank quite big and tall, arty loves it for target practice. upside is it have 10.5cm gun which is quite powerful IMO.

All german heavies: aim at the lower hull/glacis. If brawling, shoot the machine gun port or commander port at the front.

Btw, I got my first 'lucky' medal. I was trying to kill an arty at short range but my first shoot missed. He shoot too but missed. Somehow he was using HE round which resulted 50% of my hp gone and a dead arty

with BIA skill from Tiger P crew, every 7 sec 200+dmg while staying far from enemy sight

currently IS-3 is the tank i have ammo racked most in my 704 hehehe

yea, i shot IS-3 with 704 number of times also

i feel sorry for IS-3 tank commander who encounter BL-10

frontally is hard to pen IS-3, it can bounce better than IS-8

give the side, u in world of pain

try aim under turret at the star where turret meet hull

watch out for space armor
