I applied last week thursday. Because I'm usually really busy I requested it to be sent to my office. Last Tuesday I received SMS that my cards had been approved, and my Maybank2u interface shows a new tab for cards. However till today I haven't receive my cards and worried that any fraudulent activities might occur. Called the CC agent and she said she'll check for me, later she called back saying it's been sent out on Mon, wait a couple days more.
Is delivery period normally this long?

I think Maybank can be used immediately if I remember correctly. OCBC needs activation though. Just a little update. After I called them and request a redirection, the cards did NOT arrived as per the given time. Today I called them again and they suggest I collect from the nearest MBB branch, and wait for 7 working days. OMG! That's like total of 2weeks plus after card approval. |
