I got my cards today, When i applied yesterday night, there are option for me to choose visa, i switched to master card via email.

How can I opt in for the paper statement? any extra fee? |

is there any way to permenently whitelist payment gateway like aazon payment, paypal, and google payment?
I keep getting error on second payment when buying things online. |
