Envy coz i know u r their premium customer.

Actually, to be their Private Banking customer, you don't need as much as some other banks like UOB, with it's RM500k requirement. Additionally, Maybank Private Banking's service is relatively good. thumbup.gif

hahaha, what do u think?
i could all end by dec 2012 or even earlier
*
Cannot be earlier cos the campaign period started on 1 Dec 2012. smile.gif

Agreed though that it was likely exhausted in Dec 2012.

so u guys spent it early in dec also right?'i wonder now if the change of card due to fraud affects my cashback
*
Yup. I noticed that I still get the 15% cash back for spendings up to 20 Dec 2012.

Shouldn't be affecting your cash back cos the change of card is not due to your fault. If you don't receive your cash back, give Amex CS a call.

Still calculating how they derive my 15% Cashback figure... unless one transaction was missed out sad.gif
*
Did you trace using your previous credit card statements?

Not sure transactions up to what date qualify for the cash back. I only know my transactions up to 20 December 2012 still qualified. Stopped recording after that date. And Lazy to retrieve my old statements. tongue.gif

I've an Excel sheet to trace ALL my CC transaction line-by-line ...

Based on the Rebate received of RM285.45, that means spend of RM1903
Total Spend within the period : RM1930
One transaction was within the spend period if deducted gets RM1903.95
*
Wow! You created a spreadsheet just to track your card spendings! blink.gif

Anyway, why don't you consolidate your records to your card statements to search for any possible discrepancies? smile.gif

It's either there's a missing transaction in the calculation or the RM3 million rebate was exhausted on 26-Jan-2013 (partial rebate).
*
Mmm.. I see. It's interesting to note that the RM3 million cash back was exhausted only on 26 January 2013, whereas most on the forum expected that it would be exhausted within the first few weeks or even first few days.
