Same too! i thought i was the only one kena.i was being charged USD 25 x 2 about 3am for my AMEX too. I called up to the customer service on 6am to ask them to block the card and issue a new one for me.she say if this transaction being reflected to your monthly bill,then i need to fill up a dispute form or something.

I just hope my card can be issued quickly and maybank can implement MSOS code like visa for AMEX too if is dealing with any online transaction,in that way you cant simply be charge for it.
