ya, me too... I have no received any mail send from MBB too as normally I will pay after received it from MBB.

However, the statement on this month until now still haven't received yet, so download it directly from my MBB account there.

Anyone encounter this issued?

I more prefer get it send from MBB as the statement has lock only account owner just can be log in and view.

I wonder why ppl prefer hardcopy rather than viewing in online   
I requsted to cancel my hardcopy statement the moment I received the card....Save papers, save the environment =)

2. Do we need to pay extra charge for upgrade to platinum if we are qualified for platinum in the future?

hi guys, are there any issue with mb2u system now?? it seems that my outstanding balance is increasing, but no statement is being showed.. i remember doing some transactions days back, however has yet to reflect on mb2u, but oustanding balance been increasing...

Hi all, just got my cards last week.

I have a few questions to ask.

1) Only UNIFI bills can be paid using AMEX? I tried to pay electric bill and water bill but only have Mastercard option there.

2) TP shown in M2U is accumulation from the 2 cards is it?

3) If we spend on weekend, we get 5% cashback + TP or only cashback?

Oh forgot to mention, I worked in Sabah to technically is not TNB. it is SESB..

So TNB can, SESB can not...but how much TP I can earn if I pay to government related entities using Mastercard? Since in first page only mention AMEX are getting 2xTP.

Pay TNB using AMEX only can be done by Express Autopay?
