The problem is if you took too long to complain, they can say you pigi bump pasu bunga and cause the mis-alignment. Collect car that time dint notice?

Same problem as mine. I just accepted the fact... it's a Proton. I'm just worried if they dismantle the bumper and put it back, more problems.
However... I didn't check my tyre date. Should check later.

1) door gap quite common....mine also like that....but fucuk it, as long as door can open and close with no issues......
2) scratch is.......when u notice...u sure not ur passenger or miao miao do de ????
3) Tyre....bullshit la...won't entertain you on claim....as it is old stock BUT it still does what it is suppose to do......
e.g : if all ur windows and windscreen is let's say 2008 production......will u care or complain ??? just food for thought

Same as the bumper...if u notice that during collection of car...the SA/SC should have made a record of it.....if not just ask ur SA to bear the cost of fixing as this is his careless mistake......

BUT if u did not notice it during collection of car....then.....how sure it did not happen when the car was in ur care ???    

Haha, black & white is important.....anyways.....so far except for the scratch can be fixed quite easy.....tire...after one year u will change new set ....

basically u need understand proton bought all those thire in 2011 expecting to finish it...sadly got left over stocks so will use it for 2012 production.....but again.....as long as it works ........nothing to worry about....

and that SA, look for his MANAGYER and make noise..... as he suppose to let u sign a letter stating the issues...........if proton doesn't honour....i understand..but the SA needs to bear the consequences

Rule number one is takign delivery of the car... once u sign the form the SA wont fucuk u anymore.

U dont sign he will be in deep shit and will do anythign to make u sign.

So.... if you have a complaint... DO NOT SIGN for delivery of the vehicle.
