QUOTE(idunnolol @ Dec 31 2012, 01:23 AM) Tower bars are pretty common nowadays. Some cars even comes with it as a standard feature. Now are these front bars meant to give you more comfort - NO they are not. It's not add-on to give you comfort but instead meant to give you more control and a stable ride. |

haven't been posting stuff here for awhile. Maybe i'll put down some reviews.
Titan (partial) - medium damping & lowered 1. improve on wobbling issue high speed sweeping corners 2. less jumpy on uneven road. firm damping. 3. body roll still alot on hard cornering cuz still using stock spring but have to balance up with daily driving usage. Titan's sound 1. squeak sound in front when going over hump in gliding motion. (it's gone by itself after back from outstation travel). 2. kluk kluk sound at rear left when you moving from stationary position slowly. (weird to say it's also vanish by itself. but i believe something is still not right there, maybe the sound is in sleeping mode) Goodyear Asymmetric 2 (compare with GT radial HPY) 1. Fantastic wet grip (HPY would have masuk longkang already). 2. Good grip on dry. 3. Cornering, you'll feel safe 4. Hard cornering, soft sidewall and you won't have the confident to push. once force exceed the sidewall threshold, the car feel unstable (HPY definitely better on this). 5. lower noise 6. Better comfort. This post has been edited by ckming: Dec 31 2012, 09:26 AM |

QUOTE(nig3l @ Dec 31 2012, 09:25 AM) My experience, as my side passenger window was broken into before and had to replace. The stock original window came with the tint. Did it at Dr cermin and the staff didnt know that as well. Only found out after it arrived. I asked a quote from ecotint and that window itself cost 500 to tint. Confirmed price by calling several ecotint branches. That windscreen would cost you more than 1k to retint to original stock that our car came with. QUOTE(crystalplatinum @ Dec 30 2012, 11:55 PM) I dont understand... is Lotus ride and handling that bad? until so many change it? Ask u go buy vios la. And why dont proton/mitsubishi properly tune the ECU for engine timing? until so many do a remap. I was engage by a guy today saying he can do a remap with a cheap price (dont know how cheap) and guarantee better pickup + fuel saving. Btw i know alot people drive civic change this and that too. Put e-manage somemore. Honda that bad ah? |
