as mentioned in this forum before, handling consists of many factors-
type of tires, tire size, tire pressure, chasis strenghtening (ultraracing bars fender bars, bigger antiroll bars, foaming, stiff rings, roll cage, welding), suspension setup (damping rate, spring rate, monotube twintube), height of car, camber alignment, stiffer bushings mountings, car weight,  and long list and of course others are more expert in this.. 
so Peter's car may feel different from yours due to one or many factors above.

i dont know whether they have done partial set for lancers or not. but i know and see it by myself lancers changed to a full setup. that i confirm as i was there to watch it... so if they change to full setup, i doubt the owner wants to know the ori spring rate... 

Quite sure someone did partial setup on their lancer before. Saw the owner did a review on zth forum if not mistaken.

Do you guys feel that your brakes are spongy even after you switched to aftermarket brake pads? Changing your brake hose to steel will make them much more predictable.

will void warranty? got 10hp improvement?

haha a steel braided brake hose won't give you +10hp definitely. it's more about feeling confident when you put the brakes down. even my mum's vios has a more predictable braking

I been using ProRS steel braided hose kit and VTTR oversized 330MM brake kit for almost a month..
One word to describe the brake is amazing now..more confident to brake even on high speed
