no worry, quite ezy for from Ah Pak San to Bukit saga... only one road n there r symbol on the tree all the way ...
it takes me around 4 hours from ah pak san to bukit saga then back to ah pak san... but u can try go water fall first ...

me oso normally work out at ah pak san...(cheras)
but suddenly close up.. so i been looking for alternative

below is alternative for ppl stay at cheras..

saga san,(nearby yam cha there) oso at cheras..
quite interesting oso for training(it is link between ah pak san & this one)...

another is at ketumbar height there, i dunno call what
but pack with ppl... consider small but good for training oso...

good luck,, planning to go nuang but normally only can make it on saturday... very sad cant join u all ...

been to gua tempurung few yrs ago..

a number of 5 but we juz walk half way...
i don think is challenging for u guys bcoz it juz stair case to go up,, but when go down then could b a bit challenging bcoz it go thru those slippery road(something like river) ,,, quite dark... remember to bring ur hp along so that u all can light up... thx to sony ericson phone that include light.. hehe

overall quite fun...
if can plan a trip to miri/mulu cave(largest cave in the world - one of our world heritage bside KK) will b suitable for u all expertise guys...
that one is a challenging one, there are a lot path to choose...

i tot suppose to out at gopeng if i not mistaken.. double chk...
