Is hiking pole recommended when going up Gunung Tahan? |

I see.
Cos I thought going up if using trekking pole it might be helpful cos it may help to support the knees or something? How much is a trekking pole anyway? I saw in Jusco sales, selling about 60++ and have 30% discount. Forgot the brand already. |
