Hi brothers and sisters,

Anyone have experience with Gunung Bunga Buah? Any tips? I haven't been there but am invited by a friend to join a group going this weekend.

I just viewed Kalaso_85's pic in Picasa Web, really nice pictures ..... looks like a great trek but a bit muddy  icon_rolleyes.gif

Cheers.

oh thanks for the 1st and 2nd. and the 3rd is actually not a question haha.

Of course I'm asking the estimation time for the 26/10 trip. my stamina level is 4.5 hours Mount KK Mesilau-Laban Rata trail / 6kg backpack. not sure if the number helps.....
*
so it should be no problem for u to get down b4 7pm ba....
but u also need to think for other hiker, teamwork.
hope that if u fast u can give a hand for the slow 1

Try to make it the 6th mile tunnel on 27th Dec tongue.gif

Wanna ask did any1 one of u all go to Pertama Complex to buy backpack b4? There are quite some shops selling over there.
Which brand is better Deuters, Vertikal, karrimor??
*
finaly buy backpack d a.....
deuter n karrimor also have their own fans
vertikal if i not mistake is a brand under tearproof outdoor center.
If compare...vertikal will be cheaper, quality also ok...
deuter n karrimor have their own technology...but too many replica in the market
just depend how much u willing to spend for the backpack
there r many size of backpack, choose the right size n comfort backpack....

The hikes to gunung datok takes about 2.30 hours to 3 hours

the first will be a bit tiring as it is a bit steep
after check point 1 ... then its ok d

overall. its not tough
but watch out for some muddy path ... slippery especially after rain.

You can get a 360 degree view from the peak
If the weather is clear, u can see Selat Melaka
Do stay at the peak to catch a glimpse of the sun set .

If u wanna camp, please have somebody to get there earlier to secure campsite
The campsite is not big .

Bring along own water
No water source at the peak
*
lol......who ask u go secure campsite de o?
