30 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy

"No Questions Asked" means that you do not have to give a reason to return your purchase for a full refund. In an effort to ensure that you our valued customer is happy with your purchase, we are giving you thirty (30) days to return your purchase if you have changed your mind or for any reason, not happy with it.

This allows you to return the product you purchased from us within thirty (30) days or exchange it (at original purchase price) for any other product in our range. After thirty (30) days, items purchased from us are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You must notify us by email of your intention to return or exchange for another item.
Refunds will be issued only on unopened and unused products still sealed in the original box or packaging material (100% complete) and with all materials and accessories provided by the manufacturer including instructions, manuals, inserts, etc.
Products must be placed inside a protective cardboard box for shipping, just as they were shipped to you. Do not write on the packing of the product or use as a shipping carton.

All of the following conditions must be fulfilled for a full refund:

Item is returned to us within thirty (30) days after delivery.
You have not opened the packaging of the products.
You have not used the product in anyway.
You have not damaged the packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

Any item more than thirty (30) days after delivery.
Any product that has missing serial number.
Software that is opened.


We also reserve the rights not to accept a return, if:

There are signs of product being used or tempered.
There are signs of product being damaged.
Product returned is incomplete.


Other Notes:

Customer will pay for return postage and insure the product against loss or damage during its transit to us. Refund will be processed within 14 days after we received the returned item. Refund will be made by the original payment method you used. (e.g. to the credit card you used for placing the order)

You must NOT accept a delivery if the packaging has been damaged.
You must report any missing item or accessory within 2 days after delivery.


WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal usage of your item.
A one-to-one unit exchange in the case of a manufacturer's defect.


WHEN A PROBLEM ARISES:

Inform us the problem, we will try to rectify over the phone or by email.
For repairs, ship the item to us, we will checked and repaired it within 7 to 14 days and then shipped back to you.
For parts replacement, it may take a little longer.
Customer pays for the shipping charges, both ways.


WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Maintenance, repair or replacement necessitated by loss or damage resulting from any cause other than normal use and operation of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's and owner's manual, including but not limited to, theft or loss, exposed to weather conditions, failure to properly clean, maintain or lubricate, operator negligence, misuse, abuse, improper electrical/power supply, unauthorized repairs, improper equipment modifications, attachments or installation or assembly, vandalism, animal or insect infestation, rust, dust, corrosion, defective batteries, battery leakage, or acts of nature or any other peril originating from outside the product.
Damaged or defective LCD screens caused by abuse.
Product with removed or altered serial numbers.
Charges related to transportation, damage, cleaning, preventive maintenance, diagnosis, etc.
