I'm quite confused about this...

Can I eventually become a full fledged accountant after i get this degree ( B.A (Hons) Accounting & Finance)?

of coz.... unless it stated Business Studies( Major Accounting) that's not pure acounting. u more learn to general business subject....

So is a degree like Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) not a pure accounting degree?

u can always get an profesional ACCA certification with the B.A (Hons) Accounting & Finance usually they allow a few exemptions in the paper

Get the course outline and weight how much you'll study for accounting and finance subject.
Its not pure accounting because of the word Finance.

After completing the degree, you are still NOT an Chartered Account.

Thats why I asked if with that course can I EVENTUALLY become an accountant.

Yes! You can eventually become an accountant.
Or you can head the other direction to become someone in the Finance line.
