Rear of the phone with the Ultra Crystal back protectors installed. Those are not bubbles, not sure what was being reflected.
The case fits well and was very easy to install. Just push and click both ends of the J clips together and thats it. No chance of coming loose from around the phone like the Neo Hybrid EX Slim. The colour combination is great, black and red. Very eye catching. The power and volume buttons are very responsive and 'clicky' just like the original buttons on the phone. The case is also very slim and light, not much bulk is added to the phone. A slight lip is added to the phone so it can be laid on a table without contact with the surface.
Unfortunately it can also move just a bit around the edges and cause bubbling of the rear protector even though SGP claims it is compatible with their protectors. They also claim it works with the Glas.t and Glas.tR. The silent switch is quite recessed and a bit hard to access. The headphone jack is also quite recessed and my Beyerdynamic earphones with the L shaped jack barely works. I'm sure any Lightning adapter won't fit.
Ultra Crystal protector was easy to install. It seems to be cut slightly smaller than the phone's surface, especially the top and bottom parts of the rear. I used the hinge method and they went on well. Rear protector has a nice feel, glassy rather than matte which I prefer. It seems to be quite fingerprint resistant. It also leaves a 'halo' around the Apple logo and iPhone wording.
Why I'm not using the front one:
I prefer the feel of the naked glass and the original oleophobic coating resists more fingerprints than the protector. Also while installing the back, the front got peeled up and dust got under the protector which was quite hard to remove. The cutting of the front was also not so exact, if I didn't use the hinge method it would have been quite difficult to align. Becareful when using tape and the hinge method or this will happen

Next thing to try is Glas.tR!

Looking forward your glastr. Btw, what you studying in Monash
