Just now went to SenQ to see the 4k tv, I asked the staffs to connect the 4k tv with a 1080P tv and playback the same video from the same source to do the comparison, 4k for sure used upscaling to 4k! Honestly, even other customers came by also cannot differentiate which is 4k and which one is 1080P! No wonder there is a lot of people keep flaming the 4k tv is to make to con people money only since we usually only buy around 50" tv only!

QUOTE(invest2229 @ Jan 15 2015, 10:26 AM) When you look forward closely infront of 4K TV vs full HD TV, in fact you can see the pixel different and shee the sharpness of 4K TV. But from far, you hardly see the different. So in reality, 4K is better if you have the budget. In paper technical, 4K is 4 times better than full HD TV. About BluRay player, I'm not sure necessary to buy 4K upscale player because today we don't have 4K BD. I saw Sony BDP-S7200 where can support 4K upscale. Not sure anyone bought it and share the experience. Thanks. This is the problem when talk about 4k vs 1080P tv, no people will sit very close to the tv to watch movie, so in reality most of the tv up to 50" doesn't need to use 4k tv, but if you want to get a big screen, like 80" or up, then the 4k does make a lot of different against the 1080P, this one also most of the people arguing in the internet for the 4k and 1080p!
