Not to worry... just open the casing and check the disc, chances are that it came loose from the disc hub. unless the hub is broken. blu-ray discs are manufactured to be robust and can withstand simple scratches on its surface especially on the data side and won't affect data reading during playing mode. Oh ya, I had the same experience before when I shook the casing... but when I opened it, it's only caused by the loose paper inserts, adverts and coupons!!
