hmmm i dont have problem with speedo's pricing on blu-rays nowadays even before this sale price... but it's the product that was manufactured over here that i'm a bit sceptical... is it good enough if compared to region a usa? surprisingly i'm not too worried about its PQ and / or AQ, but the disc / packaging / printing quality....

no need to buy, one look and hold the product oso know no mood to buy...

you are lucky, my BF order estimated to arrive last december 15, until today none has arrived...   i have emailed the  CS earlier today, it has already been three weeks... i'm not complaining too much or make this a big deal but just have to report to them for their future reference. 

finally, these BF parcels have arrived... the second parcel arrived on tuesday 12 jan... both via priority shipping (dhl) when my orders made only thru standard shipping!     

USD30 for pre orders of 4k ttls..

But unfortunately there is only a handful of 4k players..

the original order was split into two parcels and despatched at the end of november... estimated to arrive mid of december. i was busy with work at the time and so didnt keep track of arrival of goodies. but when i read your post about your BF already arrived, i realised that it was already 3 weeks overdue!    i wrote to them, they immediately gave me option of replacement order or refund, so i chose the former. they sent via courier, arrived in 3 days... 

sadly bro, those are the only titles i bought during BF... the least in my record during the last 5-6 years of BF shopping spree!    but having said that, there are actually 5 movies i bought in total so not too bad..

Haha! You watch too many movies everyday till the lens kaput! But do you think there is a life span for the lens? My Sony player is almost 2 years old. Think it's almost time's up?! And To get a Pioneer! 

bro, u r lucky my friend... i bought my chunky ps3 about the same year as yours; and mine konk just mid of last year... but not because of overheating or dusty or not using it for long time, it's the blardy YLOD... cant believe sony used such an el cheapo in its equipmemt, ps3 sumore..!!!

oh ok... i think in our case, we can be considered as quite 'lucky' since both of our unit lasted more than 5 years... and possibly not caused by the common lens failure!

btw, do u watch blu-ray with your ps4 nowadays... or u have a standalone bdp? for me, although not a fan of sony, i bought one of their cheaper models that is bdp-s1500 from lazada... at least i get discount of RM70 if compared to buying at brick n mortar electrical stores in town
