eh, i thought u already checked out yesterday and grabbed the tin JW..? i wanted to grab JW normal disc lightning deal, but missed the time... at 5.35 this morning 

i'll have to make sure not to miss out tonight's Furious 7 lightning deal at 12.35am... 

amazon is screwing its customers, now Jurassic World (normal edition) is back to $10! and both JW & Furious 7 which were on lightning deal yesterday now price drop to the same as lightning deal.... what the effing is this..??

I have said numerous times - litening deal is not wrth it as

1. we need to pay shipping - which means a new per order shpping charge of $5
2. waking up at an ungodly hour just for wat - a few bucks less..

Now l only go for regular sales title .. but most important must wrangle for free shiping..

my only issue with what has happened with the Jurassic World BF lightning deal of this year is... if it can be sold at that "price" during the "norm" black friday sales period, then don't put it under the "lightning deal" item; as it will confuse the audience...

bro, u've been asking the same thing again n again... there are hundreds n hundreds of 'good titles' at amazon on offer! while 'good titles' is subjective and differ from people to people, why dont u head urself to amazon via blu-ray.com and browse urself... happy shopping 2 u!

how many titles did u purchase on the same order? maybe waiting for titles to be available, then only ship out? probably that is why it is despatch late i guess...    in my case, there's only 3 titles in my order where one is a lightning deal item

Actually I chose standard shipping but Amazon upgraded my order to expedited shipping.  Maybe because I ordered books and 2 of my orders, all automatically upgrade to expedited shipping.

Just now CS replied me said that they will full refund the price to me without offer replacement.    Luckily, CS give me one gesture of goodwill, they ask me to use fastest shipping method for my new order and let them know the order number, then will waive the shipping charges. So, I pick the 2 same cook books that currently ship to Perak together with another cook book which weight about 11 pounds.  Save me the shipping fee for about US$70.

But my actual saving is only about US$40.  This US$40 is the standard shipping fee for my miserable parcel currently on the way to Perak.

I am wondering, if I inform that shipping agent to change destination from Perak back to Sarawak (their website do provide you to contact them in case you want to change delivery instruction), will they do so for me or not...

I hv had bad experiences wif othr online sellers - refunds take weeks if not months.. n tis is those tat have been returned and not lost.. AMZ is de best alrdy..

Yes, I also think Amazon still the best online store. They refund me more than full price of that lost order. Because for that order another CS already give me US$8.30 credit caused I forgot to apply promotion code when I check out. Yesterday, when another CS full refund the price of that lost order, he forget to take into account for early credit US$8.30.

For new order, they refund me all the shipping fee as their promise, which is slightly more than US$100. The total weight for new order is about 10kg.

But Amazon have slightly changed their policy, when they said their will refund me US$8.30, they actually didn't refund, instead they credit to your Amazon account for your next order to utilize.

any BF orders to arrive before xmas (applicable only for standard shipping) can be considered as 'lucky'... 

i note that if parcel from UK, there is no necessity to get letter of approval from the Home ministry. but if parcel was from canada or US. my parcel always comes with the letter of approval. of course, the courier company make the application for me.
