Amazon actually won't charge us, as usual, they only will charge us when they about to ship our parcel. Thus, initially they include deposit for import duty is just let us know if they ship the whole order at once, how much import duty we need to pay Amazon. But in actual fact, that will probably not going to happen if this is too many pre-order titles in an order. Since it is really rare that pre-order titles will release at the same time. some people are very particular even single cent
Refund of overpayment of import duty, based on my understanding, is very rare. Only happen if there is error in computation or Amazon's information is out of date. If not mistaken, they did mentioned in their website they will refund if deposit for import duty collected is higher than actual import duty, they will refund subsequently. No sure now have they change this policy or not.
