if super frankie stays a little bit longer, maybe another 2 seasons. he could surpass henry or cole, and he's not even a striker!

There is a pocket between Chelsea defence and midfield, it allowed Yaya Toure & Silva to slot those space we are in real danger

Just my 2 cents

4-3-3 too predicted for Chelsea?

4-2-3-1 seem to be famous formation for many team nowadays, 2 DMF safer for booming forward LB and RB, 1 natural AM/no 10, 2 fast dribbling wing that crossing ball, 1 CF for picking up cross or long ball even can be use to drag opponent CB out of position for Wing and AM to attack.

just my 2 cents

QUOTE(Ichighost @ Mar 12 2013, 02:29 PM)
4-3-3 predicted..but most of the players used to it..even Mata comfortable in the formation..

our comeback against united for the second half..the basis of 4-3-3 as

Cech
Azpi,Cahill,Luiz,Cole
Mata,Mikel,Rami
Oscar,Torres,Hazard

4-3-3 easier to break down the defense and flexible to turn 4-5-1 defensive and 4-1-5 attacking..

4-2-3-1 major problem will be 'pivot'

If we start the game with 4-2-3-1..we can still deploy 4-3-3 as a emergency formation.
*
I do realised that Ramires switch between RW and DMF vice versa against MU, he is running like mad man, 4-3-3 is more on attacking but when facing counter attack by opponent we are weaker in defence, in modern football, LB and RB = extra wing, so they play 2 DMF with 4-2-3-1.

Either 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 Mata, Oscar and Hazard given license to roam freely, particularly Mata free roam cause opponent lots of problem, when Lampard playing our 4-2-3-1 become more like 4-1-4-1 smile.gif

I personally like 4-3-3 when our opponent lose 1 attacking player biggrin.gif, but it doesnt happen that frequent.

again im not expert.
