Put Wenger in at Spurs, Ferguson in at Liverpool, Redknapp in at Arsenal... The reaction from fans would be the same as at Chelsea #RafaOut

I'm not in the mood for a new manager..I prefer we go back to the old ones..quite impossible..but that what i prefer..JM, CA and RDM..top 3..

this season..the appointment rumors quite different from what we experience before this..usually we know who chelsea will appoint next..

this season everything in the dark..the strongest rumors will be JM..

Well, he is a strong character, and SAF kind of favoured him to succeed him at United once he stepped down. The main roadblock is his lack of trophy, but he has managed Everton to punch above their weight for a long time.

Transfer dealing a bit off though, that's another minus point for him.
*
United players..I dont know if they will still be the same if not under SAF..you guys never change manager..so..i cant say..

I dont think he can deal if he given a huge transfer budget to manage..he might go spending and dunno where to stop..or he might still spend small..cuz he simply cant change the way he deal with transfer..hahaha

QUOTE(chitchat @ Mar 1 2013, 01:47 PM)
Dont simply blame lar, want blame also point at the trident AMC lar, the pivot job is not to supply assist to begin with, u can blame MIKEL if the team conceding goal but not for the team not scoring, his job is to help the defend, win back the ball and linking up the play. We are lucky that we actually have someone like LAMPARD that banging goal for us from DMC position. DMC that can pass like ALONSO are actually very rare same with DMC that banging goal after goal like LAMPARD. The team need balance not by fielding all attacking minded player, as long as the pivot did their defensive job well i am happy about it, those assist and goal are bonus.
CARRICK ? his job is just like MIKEL, he dont provide much assist either, how TORRES gonna meletup if we have CARRICK ? the only thing TORRES meletup now is his self confidence  tongue.gif

Agree that pivot not involve much in the attacking play..but they still a problem cuz we easily conceded since 'winter flu'

@FootballFunnys

Without Suarez's goals Liverpool would be 20th, Spurs without Bale would be 10th but Chelsea would still be 4th without Torres.

Cech: We'll do things our way

Monday, March 04, 2013 - 08:07 AM

Goalkeeper Petr Cech insists Chelsea players will continue to speak their minds as they look to get back to the top of the tree.

Player power has been blamed for many of the Blues’ ills in recent years, including last season’s departure of manager Andre Villas-Boas, now having notable success with Tottenham.

With current boss Rafa Benitez now under scrutiny, Cech believes it is important the players continue to have their say.

“We have had a lot of success thanks to the honesty and open mind everyone has in the dressing room,” he said.

“Everyone should have a chance to express an opinion and if the players are not happy it’s never been a case of saying, ’unlucky mate, you just pick yourself up and we will carry on’.

“If someone is not happy we try to find solutions.

“When we see something is going wrong, people have the right to express themselves and say what they think needs to be improved.”

He added: “But, obviously, we have only one boss and that’s the manager.

“So it is up to him if he wants to listen to what the players say or find his own way to go.”

Cech also defended the Chelsea’s record in sacking managers.

Interim boss Benitez is the 10th man to hold the position in the Russian’s time at the club and if some reports are to be believed, the incumbent is far from secure in his position.

But Cech said: “In the last nine years we have won more or less the same number of trophies as Manchester United.

“They have had one manager in that time – we have had eight.

“Arsenal have had the same manager and they haven’t won anything for a long time.

“Maybe if you asked them they might say they would rather have had 10 managers and six trophies, I don’t know. We do it our way, other clubs do it their way.

“It seems to have worked for us so far so long may it continue.”

LONDON (Reuters) – Chelsea will freeze ticket prices in all competitions next season for the sixth time in eight campaigns, the European champions said on Monday.
The freeze covers season tickets, individual matches and entry to the hospitality lounges.

"Economic conditions remain tough for many people and the club would like to thank our supporters for the consistently very good attendances we have had throughout this season," chief executive Ron Gourlay said in a statement.

"Financial fair play regulations are now having an impact on clubs around Europe but it was our hope a year ago when we announced prices would not be raised that this decision could be extended."

Clubs that fail to move towards break-even face exclusion from European competition from season 2014-15 and Chelsea have been one of the biggest spenders in world football since Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich took over as owner in 2003.

The Londoners are fourth in the Premier League and visit Steaua Bucharest for a Europa League last 16 first-leg tie on Thursday.

Agreed on the financial. Chelsea already announce a profit last season, yet media still looking to Chelsea like we are in big debt.

Profit > Break even

people running the club are not that stupid..they will solve it..dont need to worry about it..

media all double standard..

easy examples..

" Lukaku will benefit from another loan spell " - this season when we consider to bring him back..

" Chelsea waste Lukaku on loan " - If we face another striker crisis next season..

Why is United's surrender a 'heroic' effort but Chelsea's performance in the Nou Camp 'a slice of luck?'
